How Can I Turn Someone Into Collections?

I am a legit buisness with a contract with a client. They broke the contract. How can I turn them into a collection online? I live in a rinkadink town with no 'small claims court' for 60miles. They owe me about $200. It's not the money I'm worried about, I just want it to show up bad on their credit. Possible?
